Are you ready for a happy and oh-so-tired dog?
If you’re at work, away for a few hours, or just want to give him or the gift of FUN, our daycare is for you. We even have special events and parties!
Our daycare offers your pet:
- Properly trained Handlers who focus on your dog’s needs, personality, and communication style.
- Appropriate dog to supervisor ratio.
- Group sizes that are sorted by size but also play-style
- We use only veterinary-approved, pet-safe cleaners
- A healthy environment of dogs who are up-to-date on their veterinary health examinations & vaccines
Our goal is for your dog to have FUN and thrive. Therefore, there are precautions that we take for every dog to help ensure your pet is in the safest & healthiest environment possible.
- Every dog must be up to date on vaccines: DA2PPV, Rabies, and Bordetella.
- All ages are welcome at daycare however, every dog must be spayed and neutered by eight months of age. No exceptions.
- Every dog must be on a veterinarian-prescribed form of parasite control for fleas and intestinal parasites.
- Prior to admission, we provide an assessment to all dogs over the age of six months. This assessment is not to label your dog as a ‘good dog’ or ‘bad dog.’ It is to determine if our daycare is the right environment for your dog to thrive and have fun.
Our Boarding Services:
Your dog receives their own mini room, indoor and outdoor playtime and lots of love from the Doggie DayCare team!
Dogs start at $34 + tax per night for single dogs, with options for multiple dogs, long-term boarding, and medication administration. Boarding dogs are also part of our daycare so you know your dog is getting socialization & exercise.
IMPORTANT: One of the things that makes boarding at Doggie DayCare different is that our boarding dogs play in our daycare! Therefore, in addition to receiving up-to-date vaccine records and proof of a monthly parasite prevention prior to their stay with us, boarding dogs must be daycare-approved. This involves filling out a daycare application and doing a daycare evaluation or puppy trial day prior to boarding. It’s an easy step that makes a big difference to your dog! This is why it’s so important to contact us in advance so we can have your dog all ready for their stay with us.

Our Grooming Services:
Grooming is necessary for all breeds of dogs – big and small! Specifically for dogs who have higher maintenance grooming needs such as a Havanese, poodle, or Shih Tzu. On average, these little guys require grooming every 4-6 weeks. We recommend dogs are exposed to the grooming process early, and with a positive approach.
Dogs with double coats or shorter hair need de-shedding…and some serious coat care specifically in the spring & fall. We’ll help your dog feel his or her absolute best, and help keep the tumbleweeds from taking over your home!
At Doggie DayCare, our groomers have experience, eyes for style, and ensure that our furry clients receive a positive experience with lots of extra love!
Ready to book? Call us at (709) 754-1234.
We ensure appointments provide our groomer with enough time to give your pet the best treatment possible. This is why it’s so important to let us know the exact condition of your pet’s fur, matting, and your requested cut. Our groomer is also happy to call you to talk about specific details.
We offer appointments throughout the week for full groomings, as well as face trims, paw trims, and nail trims.
Our Training Services
Whether you have a young pup, older dog or a rescue, Doggie DayCare training classes can help them learn how to behave appropriately at home and on-the-go. Our Accredited Pet Trainers teach fun & effective group & private classes through positive reinforcement.
All dog owners know (or soon find out!) what a difference a well-trained dog can make. Dogs are wonderful, joyful and loving creatures, but they need a little direction to adapt well to living with humans. While a well-trained dog is a joy to live with, a poorly trained one can be stressful! Make life easier for both you and your pooch by making sure you provide them with all the training and socialization they need, so you can both enjoy a long and happy life together.
